1) Front Squat: 1 RM
2) Clean & Jerk: starting @60% every 90 sec for 15 Min adding weight each round until you find a max
3) Clean Pulls w/ 6 Sec Eccentric: 2×5 @95% of #2
4) Waiters Walk: 7 Min Max Distance @53/35 alternate arms every 100 Meters
5) GHD Raises: 5×10
6) GHD Sit-ups: 5×10
7) Pall Off Press 3×1 Min each Side
