5 Day Split Weightlifting Week 10 Day 4

1) Back Squat: 1RM
2) Power Clean: 10×1 EMOM Start @60% add weight each attempt building to a max.
3) 1 Arm OH KB/DB Walking Lunges: 4x30 15 each Arm
4) Dip Station Leg Raises: 5×10 (Please return GHD’s & Foot Plate to the proper place when done)
5) Jump Rope 4x5 min rest 1 Min btwn
